I put together a new presentation on Coping with Grief & the LA Fires, which is an ongoing emergency in Los Angeles. The process was helpful for naming the various experiences us Angelenos have had over the past 10 days. Even if you did not lose your home, you may be grieving and your grief is worthy of naming.
